The cap arrived within 15 days, exactly what was written on the site! One thing though, the cap is pure white on the site but in reality, it is actually ivory, which I found better. Thank you for the extra cards in it too!

This website is a hit or miss. My shooky plushie and LY hat were great, but skip on products like T-shirts, sweaters, and posters. My poster came damaged and the T-shirts that they claim are from the LY tour are clearly manufactured somewhere else. Shop at big hits official site instead to support bts. Customer support was responsive, but they would offer two texts to respond to an inquiry. My guess is that they are using google translate, which is fine, but you should care about your customers more. Big pass on this site.
